Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 2 and 6 working days If there are any unforseen delays we will advise you immediately we find out and always keep you updated with the status of your order.

Postage and Handling

We use a number of carriers including Blue Star, Australia Post and others for shipping. Usually a carrier will charge using a calculator on the basis of total weight of the product & packaging, the dimension of the products and the volume (height x length x width) of the package. 

Our domestic shipping and packing charges are fixed at $15 per delivery up to $200. (or 5Kg) to any CBD or Metro area. Please refer to the table below. We ship to New Zealand and other international destinations, please contact us for a quotation.

Over $300                       Capped at $35.00 for all orders over $300 to a single delivery address

For Web Orders we do not take your credit card and charge it until we send your goods.  When requested on the payment page please use the Purchase order code WEB2011

Our stocks are huge, but at certain times we sell out of fragrances, so we alwatys telephone you or email you to confirm exactly what we can despatch to you and to confirm payment method and amount. 


Please note - If you are in a particularly remote rural area, please give us a call so we can arrange delivery at the most competitive rates for you.

We will try our best to get you the best price on shipping and so it will be charged when you are contacted by one of our team members.


Returns Policy

If for any reason, you are not happy with the product that you have purchased on-line, we will be happy to exchange the item/s or provide you with a credit note, provided the product is returned to us undamaged and in its *original condition.  It is your responsibility to pay freight charges to return the item. (Please note that *original condition means unused, unmarked, and in original packaging). If the product is faulty, please telephone our customer service department, who will talk you through the process for a refund. This does not, and will not affect your statutory rights.
